My son enjoys his tuition lessons with his allocated teacher. I have also seen a huge improvement in his English work which is an area I was concerned about. He loves attending the sessions. I hope he continues to excel and shine in his studies at school and tuition. Thank you to Medina who always keeps me updated on my son’s progress and to all the staff at Oldbury, who greet us with smiles every week. Keep up the fantastic work
All 3 of my kids have been through the 11 plus programme with Explore Learning and as of writing this feedback, 2 out of 3 passed their 11 plus exams and got into fantastic schools. We wait for the final set of exams for our third child. A large part of that credit goes to the folks at Explore Learning for providing a state of the art teaching platform, great tutors and a great culture! I have to call out my son's tutor, Jay who has really gone above and beyond for my son. It has felt like he has taken a vested interest in extracting the best from my son and provides insight at the end of each lesson that reassures you (as a parent) that your child is in great hands. Great company and if I had any more kids, I'd be scheduling the sessions in.
My granddaughter is enjoying her tuition with her allocated person . They are very interested in helping her with the class that she struggles with and go about it in ways she understands. Highly recommend

Our Twins Benjamin and Isabella and younger sister Evie enrolled in 2022, the progress made at Explore was good and the staff at Southampton Shirley have always been great. Unfortunately recently I think the company let us down for profit, Ben and Bella had some mocks in November this year(2025) and did well, we thought due to this and being near xmas and wanting to save some money, we decided to pull Ben and Bella out, see what they did in the February 26 mocks and then decide if they need to go back to explore after those results. Unfortunately, apparently the contract small print said we had to give notice by the 23rd of each month, a date we missed by 3 days, so still 5 days until the next December payment comes out, bearing in mind we have paid over 10k to them over the years , but no, they said it was too late and we'd have to pay the almost £400 pounds for December, even though we wouldn't use it. Considering this I'm very disappointed with them as a company for pursuing more money from us after all this time . Regardless of how well the kids do in February, I will not be returning to Explore due to this unnecessary money grab so near xmas. Now the 1st December and still no response, I thought they addressed any negative reviews. That's a very tactfully produced reply, which doesn't deal with the issue I'm raising, and Explore seems to be the only company incapable of issuing refunds as a way around the problem, just be honest in public that you have no intention of paying the fee back for a service we were never going to use. Poor show guys
