GBGBI placed an order with factory price jwellery which is now everfulwholesale. The order was placed on 27/10/25. I was never told why my order was returned to China after it reached London. Since then I have been told many times that someone would update me regarding the status. I have not heard anything from them, nor had a refund. Yes they gave me a compensation of 18 quid but my money is still stuck and I have not seen my order yet
