Do not take people for a ride this company needs to be taken to court and closed down
I parked at a British Heart Foundation charity shop for 20 min. I was about to organise a donation to the charity. I'm disabled, and displayed a valid Blue Badge. Yesterday I've received a £100 parking fine. The letter they've sent was full of threatening statements. The website where I appealed unclear, and confusing. They have no telephone contact apart from paying the PCN on the phone. I think the government should do something to regulate them. Eleonora
Star not low for me WARNING do not use this company there staff are two faced don't trust them I received a text 11 days after I returned there hire car of damage to rear passenger door behind driver I've sent photos to my insurance company they show no damage to that door I'll update you on progress this company is pure evil avoid at all cost
Absolute money grabbers!! Put my details in the machine and on printing out it only put the first letter of my reg on it, called the number to ask what to do and you can’t talk to anyone!!! Kept my ticket then got a fine! I disputed it as you can clearly see I paid and was told it’s a major keying error!! I have proof I paid, the ticket has the first letter of my reg and the camera saw me leave at the correct time but they won’t accept it!! Their machine is obviously crap and doesn’t work but I get a fine! Absolutely scummy behaviour people need to boycott these car parks!!
