United KingdomI have asked for my colour to be adjusted a couple of times now and my colourist has tweaked my colour in a very subtle way, so that my re-growth now is not very noticeable (apart from the greys) and I know I can tweak it again. The instructions are also very clear and easy to follow. My hair is really nourished after application too. I do find the website hard to navigate if you do want to adjust your colour but once you find it - then everything flows smoothly
