Won't be renewing with EA after reading the reviews of people who have actually had to use them after a breakdown and nearly all have resulted in a bad experience. Fortunately didn't need to use them during my membership. It's notable that the majority of the 5-star reviews are because of the low cost, not their actual breakdown service. Have now joined AA which costs a bit more but they're a proper breakdown outfit which can hopefully be relied on when needed.

Refused to pick up my vehicle ingnored the terms and conditions .. tried to make a complaint and was ignored . Making an apology on this platform means nothing .

I've been with emergency assist for a few years now after being with the rac. I'm much more happier with emergency assist as there price is alot cheaper and the service they provide is just as good as some of the bigger named brands out there
