United KingdomOrdered 24th Sept. Email received and tracking tracking is an American courier. Said delayed about 7 times. How order not valid. Elite uncontactable. No answer to messages, emails or phone calls. Do not go near this company. Dispute raised with my bank.

They will say they have it but they dont stock anything just a middle man ,was told we got it Don’t worry get financed now it’s oh well they sold that so now you get to wait 2-3 months for the equipment your paying for. Oh or you can pay twice as much and get this one we have in stock. Bait and switch job . They work hand in hand with the finance company to get your money
CanadaShipping was a bit expensive and slow, but when shipment arrived damaged, Elite tools sent a replacement much faster and at their cost. In my view, stuff happens and it is how a company responds in those situations that demonstrates their commitment to their customers.
RomaniaZERO STARS! I noticed that many stores did not have my item in stock, so I called Elite Metal Tools to make sure they had the tool in stock. They told me they did I would have the machine by next week. I ordered online, and they IMMEDIATELY took the $1039.00 from my credit card. As I just traveled ONE HOUR to Brentwood NH to finish picking up specialty lumber at the yard, that next morning I get an email saying they did not have the item and there was no way in knowing when the manufacturer would have the item. I have the wood for this project, and it is for my daughters birthday. Now I am stuck without the surface planer I wanted to purchase and may go buy another machine I really do not want to keep in my shop. I plan on spending thousands updating three machines this year, and Elite Metal Tools will not be on the list of places to buy even a machine screw.
