IrelandThis is a follow up on a review I posted in November. I think its important to let other clients know how Eden medical treated my review on Trust pilot. As I previously mentioned I had no results and no further options were made available to me to continue my goal with Eden medical. This is the response I received from Eden medical( not posted on a public platform.) "We would have loved the opportunity to welcome you back and continue with your treatment programme however the negative review has unfortunately affected the professional relationship we strive to maintain with all our patients." An outright refusal to treat me based on a negative review is unethical and unprofessional, There was no attempt made to correct the poor results free of charge which based on my experience from other clinics who like to see that their clients are happy with their results will rectify the results free of charge. I have to say I am horrified at this response, If at the time of the treatment it was explained to me that I wasn't going to see any results I would have turned on my heels and not fork out 300 Euro for nothing. I further went on to develop double vision following a top up of Botox. I was unable to drive for several weeks. There is clearly a difference of opinion on my results. But I have never left a clinic with no results or no alternative treatment offered on the day. I have since made several enquiries with other clinics explaining my issue in the hope they might be able to fix the lack of results. Each clinic advised me to return to Eden medical because as a provider they are responsible to fix the issue. Eden medicals response was that the money I paid didn't go to waste as the treatment provided a foundation. I didn't attend this clinic to form a foundation I attended the clinic to see results. They then went on to invite me to continue my journey with Eden medical but my journey with Eden medical ended when I left the clinic after my review as the doctor made no attempt to fix the issue or offer alternative treatments so there was no journey. The doctor assigned to perform my treatments appears to do very little treatments. It is unclear if she has the qualifications to carry out all treatments, You cannot refuse to treat a client based on an negative result posted on a public platform it is blatant discrimination. I was willing to pay extra to see results and I knew on the day of my treatment that placing 0.5 ml of filler on each side of my mouth was a waste of money I pointed out to this doctor on my review visit that there are more lines on one side of my mouth and the reply I got was she would only be taking my money if she added more filler to this area. I am years getting fillers and I know that you cannot just place extra fillers to the mouth area you have to balance it out by placing fillers to other areas of the face. I asked for this to be done but the doctor would not provide this treatment. Eden medical were aware that I had mature skin based on my DOB but yet they assigned a doctor who refused to provide treatments that would show results, Unfortunately I was assigned a doctor who wasn't prepared to send me away with achieved results or at least some improvement. This issue isn't my fault. I was prepared to pay extra for results but when you have a doctor who refuses to carry out treatments there was very little I could do.
