NorwayHei! I have been a loyal Ecco customer and bought a good amount of Ecco shoes. They turned out to be the best ones for my feet. I have never had a problem with them before. That is why I have bought straight 2 pairs of this type thinking to use them for a good few years. But unfortunately, after only two weeks (daily use), the bottom part of the sole (grey gumi part) started to detach from the white part, which makes it difficult to walk on all surfaces. So far they were 7-8 places I had to glue back with a super glue. This is very disappointing. For this price I was expecting a much better quality. Looking forward to your respond. United KingdomThe shoes arrived promptly. If I had needed to return them, it would have been easy to do so. I am pleased with the shoes; they offer good support, which is important to me as I have arthritis. The insoles are removable and can be replaced by prescription ones. My only criticism would be that all shoes these days have white soles and trim on a dark colour and for winter use.
IrelandI have been wearing Ecco shoes for many years, particularly the ones with the velcro straps. As I could not get them in the colour I like - taupe or cream, I got other brands. Never as good a fit as Ecco! so I decided to go back. I am satisfied with this pair; I was doubtful in beginning as they felt heavier than I like and also the left zip was difficult to pull up. I seem to be managing that now. I intend to get another pair in time to come. Many thanks for asking my opinion. Eileen.

These two members of staff could not have been MORE helpful, polite and friendly. A great advert for this branch. I liked that I could remove one insole to accommodate wide feet. Thank you Ecco.
