Awful customer service, please look around at other companies for a loan. My loan payment is coming out a day earlier than it's suppose to and they rudely told me they won't change it. It's their mistake, and I am paying for it. Unbelievable, and on top of it two different " customer service " reps were very rude to me because I had the nerve to complain about then screwing me over like this
After the original amount of 3100 I have been paying,167.00 a month for close to two years the current balance I owe 2700,00. It doesn't run out until Oct 27. Which is well over 4000.00 I still owe. Stay away from them, nothing more than loan sharks and should be reported
