It’s been 6 months and I haven’t received my free winter account. I tried communicating with the support chat but they saying that I didn’t claim they said they will send an email but I didn’t receive any email regarding it.i have proof of doing the event too if needed to show

I’ve retracted my 1 star review, they made a mistake and we worked through it diligently, I received my pay out. One of The best firms hands down in my opinion. I wish they’ll offer no evaluation, live accounts in the near future. That would put them over the top
