I contacted Dyson and asked if Amazon was an authorized dealer, they said yes. Also, their website says, yes, they are an authorized dealer. I was within my warranty period and went through the troubleshooting from Dyson. I was told I needed 2 pieces replaced. I submitted receipts, pictures, and completed a video call to ensure defects. Upon completion of all the documents they required they proceeded to tell me they are not responsible for the defect even though it is within the manufacture's warranty, because I did not buy it from an authorized dealer. I bought it from Amazon, they market Amazon being an authorized dealer on their website. They are refusing to replace the defective parts.

I gave it two stars because after owning a Dyson for 2 years, the change valve that switches the hose vacuum to the floor stopped working. Checked for debris, but there was nothing. Until I can find someone to fix it, I have to leave it in a supine position, otherwise, I would have to take off the hepa filter cover to reach the hose and manually flip it so there is suction to the floor unit. What a hassle! I have never had a vacuum with this kind of issue. When I first bought this vacuum I was disappointed in the plastic parts. I knew it would not last long, but aI kept it because it sucks good when the change valve is working.

1 Star – Extremely Disappointed with HP07 Product and Support I purchased a refurbished Dyson air freshener that was advertised as being in “like new” condition. What I received was clearly used—scratched, dented, and completely non-functional. I spent over an hour with Dyson’s overseas customer support trying to resolve the issue, but the product still doesn’t work. When I asked about returning it, I was told it’s non-returnable—something that was not clearly stated at the time of purchase. This was a $500 mistake. The product was misrepresented, the service was ineffective, and Dyson has offered no resolution. Very disappointing experience.

Had an issue with a battery replacement on their vaccuum. Went through their service center three times. Said they would get back to me, never did. Follow up on my end never on their end. Dyson Said my Costco receipt was as illegitimate, wouldn’t give me a reason why. I am never purchasing anything of theirs again. Waist of 3 hrs with no resolution.
