Extremely prompt service and delivery of a part. In fact the original part was broken, no fault of Dyers, and they shipped a new one the very day I emailed them. Will always use them first when I need a part.
I ordered a new core furnace When it arrived the box was rough I inspected my core and found a broken part. Kristi from support was the most helpful person I’ve dealt with in years!!!!!!!! She is what this country is missing She answered my questions and emails promptly No waiting days for her to respond.
