GBGBEverything was very efficient except when the appointment for the repair was received it said that the appointment was for 23rd April but didn’t advise or give me a choice of time when the engineer would arrive. I had to text and suggested it would be best for me from 3pm only to receive a reply that my appointment was between 9-12.The engineer arrived at 9 and was away by about 9.45. Other than this the service was good particularly the engineer Aaron who was knowledgeable and communicated with me very well.
