United KingdomI wa expecting a delivery on 22/11/25, I was at home and then got a text saying sorry we missed you with a picture of my neighbour’s house. Told delivery would now be the next day. Spoke to dpd on the phone to make sure they would get the address right this time, gave my phone number and was told the driver would ring when on his way. No phone call and another message of sorry we missed you with a picture of a house not even in my road. Appears all the drivers are illiterate! Do not use them. I will avoid ordering from companies that do!

I have wasted most of my weekend waiting for deliveries that never happened, and I phoned up to be told Oh, the driver is in the next street over, he will be with you shortly and then nothing... If you don't even know what day you can deliver, don't bother giving out times!!!
United KingdomI’ve ordered a steriliser from curry's with no issues and my order was supposed to be delivered from 08:47-09:47 but DPD are A******! I was told by DPD that I wasn't in at around 08:55, even though I have been awake since 07:00, no card left so rang DPD to chase up the matter, they tell me there’s no manager or supervisors in and there was no way to contact the driver. After complaining for few minutes on the phone I get a text message and an email saying my parcel will be delivered today! I said to the customer service lady i just received a text saying it will be delivered today and not Monday, She responded by saying that she texted the driver after saying there was no way of contacting the driver! Disgusting courier service.
