Such a good experience from choosing our sofas in the Grantham store, to delivery today. The sales people were very professional, helpful and friendly and we never felt we were being pressured in any way. Will definitely not hesitate to buy from them again.

One of the best experiences with a company for years. After looking online, I ordered two stressless elevator rings with Downtown Stores, when they arrived they didn’t fit. I got in touch with the store and Lisa HensonOnline Customer Service Assistant responded, telling me where to find labels on the chair, send the info on and she will get the correct ones. Lisa came back to me to tell me my chairs are too old and they no longer produce them for my chairs, she arranged the parcel delivery back to Downtown Stores and once the two rings were back with them I got my payment returned. In this day and age, the service I got from Lisa Henson was first class and it deserves to be acknowledged, thank you Lisa!

We ordered LVT flooring from Boston showroom. During this period the sales staff were very helpful, patient and very obliging. They were more than happy to allow us to take samples home for us to assess colour, style and texture where we intended to lay the flooring. Also the surveyor brought larger samples to allow more suitable assessment. The surveyor was prompt, polite and knowledgeable with information necessary to give us confidence to place an order.Expected timeline was discussed and amicable to be able to complete remaining decorating without undue pressure around delivery and fitting.A fitting date was planned and kept, the fitter worked well and kept everywhere as tidy as would allow. An extra fitting day was suggested but in the end not necessary owing to the fitter working efficiently.The end result has turned out better than we had imagined, altogether very pl
