Worst experience with healthcare in Stockholm, they take your money and do literally nothing. There are options on the app for various issues but when you ring they tell you just to make a physical appointment at the vardcentral. Such a waste of time and money for everyone involved.
I booked a time with this doctor/endocrinologist Flemming Wollesen at the Endocons/Angelbrektklinik in Stockholm to get a second opinion. Unfortunately I did not check existing reviews about him, my fault. All the worst recensions made here by others are very, very true. I did not know about him, I have investigated afterwards. On top of being not professional at all and also not polite and quite arrogant, and commenting very negatively the work of colleagues at the vårdcentralen who have seen me before, he has prescribed to me some blood tests from Unilabs, which I paid at the reception together with the visit, but when I went to Unilabs the tests were not in the system. This doctor is 89 years old and should retire from his medical practice. I do not understand how this can be possible. I have thrown 1345 Swedish crowns, but I would like to warn other patients to 100% avoid this endocrinology private practice.
Our family recently moved here from abroad after having worked overseas. Not knowing better we signed up with Doktor.se in Norrtalje to be our primary care center. My wife has had severe anxiety her whole life and was seeing a psychiatrist in the US for years. When she saw her doctor at Doktor.se the doctor treated her with indifference and arrogance. Mind you, my wife is 15 year registered nurse practitioner herself. The young female doctor finally said she would give a referral to a psychiatrist, but weeks went by without hearing anything. Out of the blue one day my wife gets a call from her doctor asking why she 'missed' her psychiatrist appointment, then said that she would have to start back at square one and come see said doctor again in order to get another referral. What is going on? There was no mailed, emailed, voice or texted notice that an appointment was scheduled, nor is there any record of that being the case in 1177. There’s no way to contact the doctor back directly or to message her in any portal, so you’re forced to go back to reception which can only do so much, and in this case said we’d have to schedule another appointment with the initial doctor to ask about the referral again. Seriously? This is not good use of time for anyone. It's now been 3 months and we are no closer to having an appointment booked. My wife can weather this, but for someone in real bad shape this could be detrimental. I'm so disappointed in Doktor.se and the utter arrogance and indifference to their patience and their well being.

Lack of transparency, unpeofessional answers. I would never ask for medical advice from them.
