Last month you forgot to put in the lamb treats. I sent you a message and you said i would get 2 packs this month. But no, only 1. Please reimburse me for the pack i am missîng and please change my order so i get no more of these lamb/ beef treats. Thankyou

Reggie has taken to the new food very well. He has barely farted in the 12 days we have been transitioning him over to Dogfy. Win, win! 👍

I've been buying from Dogfy for 9 months, and even though my dogs like the food, they still go hungry, even when I give them more than the recommended amount. I've had to supplement their diet with kibble and vegetables, which significantly increases the total cost of feeding them. On top of that, the company's management is a disaster. In the beginning, we had many issues: defrosted and broken bags, incomplete orders, or deliveries that simply didn’t arrive on time, leaving the dogs without food. When they make a mistake, instead of offering an immediate solution, they send you recipes so you can cook for your dogs yourself, further increasing the cost I have to cover. Customer service is also horrible. I avoid contacting them because they always make some mistakes that I end up paying. The latest problem happened today: I requested a change of delivery address, which they confirmed in writing, but I never received the food. Now they admit they made a mistake and that I won’t get it for few days, leaving my dogs without food... Dogfy is no longer worth it, both in terms of price and the constant issues. I think it’s time for me to find a more reliable alternative.
