This company provides a basic and adequate printing service, like many others. But their communication is appalling. Unsure of how to place my first order, digitalprinting advised me to email my order, with a request for a proof - which I did. This request was completely ignored, and received no reply - they just went ahead and printed. This also meant the order was despatched early, during a time that I was away on holiday and unable to receive it. My complaint email to digitalprinting was also completely ignored (other than the standard automated "you have been assigned a case number" message). No matter how good, or otherwise, the printing may be, there is great risk in using a company with such appalling customer service, and such a cavalier and arrogant attitude to their customers. And mysteriously, I was not invited to leave feedback via their usual service, even though they claim this opportunity is sent to all customers.

Digital Printing Ltd. are a first class company with which to deal, with superb quality printing. Although there were some faults on the original print run, they immediately produced a first-class reprint. with no quibbles. The customer service is second to none and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended and I have used them a few times now and the result is always the same - excellent.

The quality of Digital Printing's products is faultless. Ordering is easy, shipping is fast, and prices are reasonable. Can't ask for more!
