Got a mail that is was on its way, but it is still, for a week now, in Australia and still waiting till pick up ... Feeling like a dumb-ass Tnx for the anwer, but first of all: if I check the track and trace, there is standing Australia and I am not that stupid. Second of all: I already wrote 2 mails to your mail adress you are giving, but nothing. So I'll guess you have my money and I have nothing !! That is the status for now !! And this is what your track and trace is saying, so don't tell me you are not shipping from Australia !!! I already mailed and mailed and nothing in return, and yes it is the same site :(
Very bad quality and I really don't recommend to place an order. I sent a picture from my son and nobody can't reconnaice him! The didn't pay me back even after sending the proof! On the painting he had some purple hair instead of brown Hello, please check good. I did contacted you about the very bad quality previous year but I only wrote the review recently because I'm very disappointed in your service!
BE ABSOLUTELY CAREFUL WITH THIS SHOP!!!! ive read up on Trustpilot on Good rated diamond paintig shops. i came across Diamond paintig planet. and theres so much wrong with this shop!!! This shop is from NL??? Weird you guys ship from CHINA. the diamond painting i ordered was Claimed to be delivered by tomorrow if bought before 3PM. my order was 20.07.23 on 25th july i still hadnt received it. i contacted the shop and was told, that the Diamond painting i ordered wasnt included in the "delivered by tomorrow" action. and that was A LIE. i have a Screenshot of the website displaying the painting i ordered with "Morgen in huis" meaning , delivered by tomorrow. the shop sent me a tracking number which shows since DAYS NO UPDATE but claims its shipped. this shop is absolutely scammy! Lying to their customers, luring with conditions they dont keep. the shop tried to keep lying to me so i escalated the case. - ive got my money back now GLADLY. never gonna order here EVER again! be careful! thanks for wasting my time!! Shop kontaktiert, dieser BELOG mich eiskalt. das diamond painting das ich bestellt habe, sei nicht teil der Aktion. LÜGE - ich habe extra einen screenshot gemacht, denn auf der webseite wird das Diamond painting mit "vor 15 uhr bestellt, morgen geliefert" beworben. ES IST NACHWEISBAR! trotzdessen versuchte der shop mich weiterhin zu belügen. ich habe dann glücklicherweise mein geld von paypal zurückbekommen. ach, und ihr seid ein shop aus NL? KOMISCH DAS AUS CHINA VERSCHICKT WIRD!! absolute vorsicht ist hier geboten. man wird mit angeboten gelockt, die nicht der wahrheit entsprechen!
