GBGBHorrendous. No customer support - only an AI chat bot. I recieved my frame but not the photo and none of the claims links work plus the contact number is false. They're good at taking your money but couldn't care less if you don't get your order
SESEBeginning to wonder if this is a scam company and I should contact my credit card company? Two weeks of no delivery. No information/updates since the date of expected delivery was passed. Customer service does not answer when phoning on "opening hours". An AI sending messages through email, formed for you to believe that somebody actually read your message. *** After 2 weeks I finally received an answer from customer service that my delivery had been misplaced. Have now received an order confirmation for replacement order 26192009. Let's hope this delivery gets through in promised timeline. You are obviously not a scam company, but customer service could be better and more available not to make that impression.
SESEDecorated my room beautifully with the posters presented, they matched my room the way I wanted!
SESEThe print quality was much lower than advertised and not worth the cost in the end. It feels like they reduced the contrast as much as possible before printing, which made the poster look dull. I'm disappointed.
