Great dining table, delivery on time

I'm very happy,I got my package right on time,as planned. Great team,great service!

I had absolutely terrible experience with De Meubel Importeur. I placed my order for the item in stock and asked customer service if it is possible to deliver my order few weeks later because of ongoing construction works - which was confirmed. When time of delivery came, I first received notification from delivery company regarding upcoming delivery, then followed by total silence. When I tried to clarify it appeared that first my order actually needs to be ordered (up to 18 weeks waiting time). I asked support from customer service which was a total disaster: zero proactive communication, zero proper explanation, zero accountability on confirmed order. I lost plenty of time and energy.
