Where to begin... Harvard Business Services is good for a very specific group of people. Those people being completely clueless about computer systems or state online portals etc. Harvard will charge you $90 USD to obtain an EIN for you... They fail to mention that you can do this yourself online with the IRS in about 5 minutes. They charge you to incorporate, to dissolve to file. A certificate of good standing is $124, on the Delaware ecorp website it's $50 for a short form (which is the same that Harvard provides). That's a 248% markup! A dissolution is $10, they charge $689. So I guess, if you want to not think about anything and have more money than you know what to do with Harvard Inc is for you. But if you're at least a little bit business savvy and hate wasting money on things you can do yourself or someone who already works for you, please do your research and go to the state / federal portals yourself. I know I wish I had done that to begin with.

Very smooth experience with HBS. The process was clear, easy to follow. That said, some steps feel a bit rigid, and the pricing can add up depending on the options you choose. A solid service overall

When filing a C corporation through Harvard Business Services, I mistakenly chose “Close Corporation” and realized my mistake when I received an email confirming that my erroneous Close Corporation was accepted. HBS was closed for the day, so I quickly typed a message on their live chat support. I was resigned to starting over the following day and absorbing the costs of refiling. HBS must read all their after-hours incoming messages because I got a phone call the next morning, telling me they had not filed it yet and that Logan Donovan would call me to revise the filing. Thanks to their extraordinary customer service, my company was refiled (correctly this time) at no extra charge.

I use Harvard Business Services to form companies for my clients and I appreciate the fact that they have professional human beings readily available to walk through your questions on the phone and set up your companies within minutes. I love being able to do everything over the phone and quickly for a reasonable price. Always had a good experience.
