I had bought from dark department before on way back from a holiday. This is my first time ordering online from them and when i got home from work i had opened my parcel and instead of my clip i ordered they had sent me someone else's order but the box was delivered in my name with my address and everything. Im abit disappointed with this as i needed it as a gift and it’s my first time ordering online from them as well.

I don't speak Norwegian; sorry. I visited Bergen last year and found "Dark" at the airport. I can't remember if it was in the Bergen or Copenhagan airport but I bought 3 of them on my way back to the US. I really liked them so I decided to pay the international shipping to get more. I love them because the colors are nice and when they are not in my hair, they are on my wrist as a bracelet.

Great customer service experience! An item I ordered was out of stock and I was impressed that a representative reached out to me to expediently rectify the issue. I was able to replace the item, and the package came very quickly!
