Pubicly, they keep saying to log into my account (that is non-existing because they banned me) or to answer to a request via Trust Pilot. I did answer to the request, it has now been a few days and no answer. They pretend to answer in public, so they can keep the image of a good and trying brand, whilst ignoring me and blocking me. They banned my account after I asked for help and won't answer or help me. I'll just keep leaving neagtiva feedback every single day if I have to until I either get my refund or a replacement. Only then will I stop. Cult Beauty really is just a bunch of scammers and thieves. I understand that when the order goes right, everything's perfect. However if by some reason an incident arises you're not only on your own, they make sure to silence and impose every single barrier so that you won't get things resolved and nothing of this comes to the surface. I'm still open to resolving things amicably, either by a refund or a replacement. An apology would also be nice. Otherwise, I'll just keep leaving negativa feedback every single day and will look into legal action.
