NONODo not throw anything, including the packaging of anything you buy. My computer broke and it took CS Megastore 2.5 months to resolve it. First it took their service department a month and a week to even acknowledge my case, and then their service department rejected the case because a cooling fan was not included in packaging, which was completely unrelated to the issue. Only thanks to a support person, who believed in our case, got our claim resolved when they shipped the broken part to Corsair. We got back a refurbished part which works perfectly. I have been buying from CS Megastore a fair bit, but I have lost my trust in them actually upholding their legal responsibility to service broken parts. I was without a functional computer for over 3 months, and that hurt my productivity and other personal obligations.
NONOFrequent email updates with order status, everything came and was as expected without damages. Would be happy to order from here again!
