I’m deeply disappointed by the poor level of customer service I’ve experienced. Not only are they violating Norwegian consumer rights, but they also seem to have little regard for it. It’s truly disheartening to see a business operate in such a manner. Unfortunately, we will no longer be doing any business with ComputerSalg. In fact, four of our companies have already made the decision to sever ties, and it’s now company policy that we will never engage with this store again.
