Don’t call this place if you wanna make a full payment. I called and repeated what I wanted and the guy still said yeah I can do that and proceeded to put me on a plan. I even asked more than once what I was paying for if it was gonna be clearing my debt. He answered yes. Just tricking people to paying their plan. I got my refund despite their contract. Call your bank not this place for a refund. Let them handle the situation they also record calls so they will know they are in the wrong.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I called in to make a payment on my bill not to create an account on a credit repair service. I called back 15 minutes after hanging up with the representative to cancel this service and they told me they could not refund my money. They are scamming people out of their money.
