Did nothing. No results. No improvements. Spent £200 plus on a cutting order. Have maintained a calorie deficit. Trained hard. Still not dropping or dropping as quickly as made out. Really let down

Ok I wrote the last review two weeks ago as i have ordered my product a month and one day ago and still no products has been shipped. As you can see below the “customer care” responded has been placed on priority and will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. No email were sent nor messages with ETA’s or anything, as you can read below the answer is very vague and I truly believe the place has been gone out of business but still collecting cash for products they can’t sell. If you read a few months back there was a legal action against crazy bulk about the name of a product very similar to something out there not produced by crazy bulk. I have noticed the crazy bulk products has become hard to get ever since. As of today December 29th my product hasn’t been shipped, I haven’t received any updates about shipping or even existence of the product at this point. I’m about to have my credit card company dispute the transaction as it has been since November 28 I placed the order I haven’t received anything. Beware! Only buy what they have! Verify they have it in stock before purchasing. Just checked my email confirmation of the order placed on November 29th and the order number disappeared… scam very likely!

I have been a customer of Crazy Bulk for years and previously had a good experience with their Anvarol product. My most recent order was placed on October 9, 2025 (Order #231586). After my order was never fulfilled, I contacted support at the end of October and was told the product was delayed due to restocking issues, with an estimate of “an additional minimum of 1–2 weeks.” That same excuse was repeated over and over with no progress. I followed up repeatedly on November 8, November 12, December 1, December 2, December 5, December 20, December 23, and December 26. Communication eventually stopped completely. No product was shipped and no refund was issued. Despite this, Anvarol is still being actively advertised as in stock on their website. Continuing to sell a product that cannot be delivered reflects misleading and unethical business practices. I would strongly caution others to be very careful before ordering from this company.

Unfortunately, the customer service continues to get worst month after month. Not only they fail to ship the orders in a timely manner, but they refuse to reply to any messages or emails. No updates regarding orders or shipping. Again, this was not the case with this company before, but this bad service started a year ago and have gotten worst. I placed order number. 233625 on 11/23/2025. I yet to get any update. I used to get my orders delivered within five to seven days of ordering but no more. They might be out of products but they keep on selling anyway until they get products in which is unacceptable practice. The product itself is good but the customer service is the worst, and this is not my first complaint. I think o may start using other similar products from companies that actually cares about their customers. It's so disappointing.
