SpainIf I could have put zero I would have. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, only one was delivered and now they are basically saying that it’s not true and that I have actually received the 2 pairs. It’s 100€ sitting there that I might never see again because they don’t know how to deal with their stocks and deliveries.
ItalyI have never seen an online shop without customer service!! If you will have an issue during the shipment, there is nobody you can contact directly. Also they send emails and notifications in french, there is no way to change language
United KingdomI ordered a pair of Nike trainers on this website on 12th Dec 2020 and they have still not arrived, the tracking status on the couriers website has not changed since 15th Dec 2020 and the company informed me that they cannot process a refund until the shipment has been received into their warehouse/depot. Worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life!
