Do not order from this company:-( ordered a wig for Halloween. The company promised express delivery which I paid extra for. The wig did not arrive in time and on top of that FeDex sent a claim for import tax to a debt collectors agency 4 days after I received the wig. I never received an email about any outstanding amount and I had already paid for handling and delivery. Worst service ever!!!
The company send not the costumes you see in the homepage. I have many problems with them. You get costumes which do not look like the Disney costumes!!!!
I spent 13.00 to ship a child's costume. We measured twice and the costume was much smaller than what it was supposed to be. I was told to send it back but I have to pay the shipping, again. Plus, I have to fill out a customs declaration, says the postal service. The costume was overpriced to begin with poor material quality and very tight opening for child to step into. It came from Hong Kong. I don't recommend ordering from this site.
We have been waiting for a mask that was supposed to be included with the costume we ordered for more than two months. When I email to ask about it I get the same answer of just a sorry and me having to keep waiting patiently (!) well my patience is over and I am sorry to say that I do not recommend ordering from this company.
