I had a problem with one of the items I bought from Costco. The staff behavior is very rude. I would suggest to avoid them. Very bad experience.

went to Costco today, April 18th, 2025 to the Richmond location. I gad few items to return as per their return policy. The employee named Abbie claimed that 2 of our items doesn't exist in their system, moreover they stated I don't have a proof of purchase. Although having a recipient is not in the return policy. After escalating the issue to the shift supervisor and the assistant manager, I was only offered $12 for the items that I have paid $44 for! It wasn't due to a system issue, but rather discrimination and racism , as I'm not Asian or White. It was an embarrassing situation, as I was accused of stealing! Not impressed with the experience and the unprofessional treatment. I need my refund and an apology

We were with T-Mobile for over 2 years. One day, while shopping at Costco, we decided to switch to AT&T. They offered many benefits, including a $100 gift card per line, waived activation fees, and more. We were supposed to receive our first bill for around $220, but it came to almost $600. The next bill was $280. Everything that was promised in the contract we signed is not being honored by AT&T and Costco. Activation fee: It was supposed to be waived — we were charged and had to spend hours on the phone fighting to get it refunded. We're still waiting for it. $100 Gift Card: We were told we would receive it within 60 days. It’s now been 70 days, and they're saying one of the lines doesn’t qualify because it was previously with AT&T — which was never mentioned before. There are many other issues. I do not recommend this company. They do not honor what’s promised in the contract!
