My order got returned to the company, when I contacted them they explained what happened, they immediately corrected the issue and the product is on the way. By the way, the mistake was on my part. Very efficient for sure and it's much appreciated.

Cosmetics Now never sent the products I paid for and when I requested a refund, they keep saying they have refunded me but the money has never arrived to my account. I have contacted the bank and they have advised they can see my payment to Cosmetics Now but no refund has ever been received. The bank are now lodging a dispute. They are the biggest scammers. I wish I read more reviews on them before I purchased. SCAMMERS!!!

I rarely write reviews, but this experience with Cosmetic Now has been so appalling, I feel compelled to warn others. I placed an order that was clearly marked for delivery within 7–8 days. It has now been 18 days, and I’m still waiting. No package. No resolution. No accountability. Customer service? Practically nonexistent. I’ve reached out multiple times and received nothing but generic, robotic replies that offer no help or explanation. It’s insulting. This is not just poor service—it’s inexcusable. Cosmetic Now has shown a complete lack of professionalism, reliability, and respect for its customers. I trusted them, and they’ve delivered nothing but frustration and wasted time. Avoid this company unless you enjoy being ignored and lied to. Absolutely disgraceful.
