My personal experience was great! Ordered an online UPS from this site for a very competitive price. It took maybe 3 to 4 days since placing the order for the item to arrive. The owner responds on time and if any issues, I am sure they would resolve it. If any issues occur, will update this review.
Bought a fan & waited for a week. Item has not arrived. Contacted them and they gave an tracking number. Item yet to be shipped after a week. Waited for another week. Item not even packed. Had to contact them again multiple times, then they give me a refund. Why do i have to contact them multiple times to get the tracking number or a refund. They have no intention of even sending the item or giving me a refund.
