FIFII've gotten few socks during the years. Previous year I bought socks based on the calf size, but the page didn't tell you the shoe size. I (38) bought got size 40 socks (the size info was in the package). Last summer I ordered grey compression socks that I've ordered before. This time I got dark brown instead(!!!). I complaned to customer service about that and their response boils down to "FU, we can send you what ever color we want. It was in a agreement fine print". All I (super pale person) wanted was light grey socks to wear in sandals and they think dark brown is the same?
FIFIThe items are great, gotten alot of compliments.
FIFIIn some cases they do not send the product, on time or at all, may not refund the money and may not answer messages or calls. If you need to return or change the product, it costs money for you. In my case nothing happened in over a week. Then I contacted them in many ways and they sent the product after some extra delays. They sold the product that they don't have on stock or they were not willing to send the paid product. For some reason there are a lot of bad customer experiences. NLNLTaking them at least 2 weeks to ship something out of their warehouse. Avoid this place if you don’t want to wait 3 weeks for your order to arrive.
