Not only was Coffee Parts the cheapest option for my requirements, the order was dispatched within a couple of hours (on a Friday arvo) and I received my replacement kits on Monday morning. Fantastic communication regarding my order, cheap, and quick delivery. Excellent service!
Very good service, Cannot recall the agent I Spoke with but was very happy with the service and quality I received. Thank you!
I love my Outin Espresso Machine - even brewed my own espresso on a domestic flight yesterday - much to the delight of the cabin crew and some fellow passengers. I cannot fault the service from Coffee Parts. Quick dispatch and delivery. I have had mine for about 4 months and it hasn't skipped a beat. Please note: I WAS NOT PAID or given any incentive to write this. I'm writing this after seeing such a defamatory review yesterday! Happy to keep supporting a small australian business who has provided a great service to me. Thanks coffeeparts for keeping the world safe by keeping me caffeinated 🤣
THIEVES! Coffee Parts stole my money. I purchased a faulty Outin Nano unit and sent it back to them (after over a month of Coffee Parts stonewalling and not responding to my emails, essentially trying to palm me off with intentional silence, then finally sending me a return label). I received confirmation from Australia Post that Coffee Parts received the return package. I have sent multiple follow up emails and Coffee Parts refuse to respond. So they have stolen my money. Note; I am not the only person who has had this issue with a faulty Outin Nano unit, and Coffee Parts refusing to respond. There is another recent review by 'Ed Wood' on Google reviews which reveals an almost identical experience to my own. Go check it out. I am astounded that Coffee Parts has such utter contempt for their customers. Avoid these rip-off merchants at all costs. Oh... and also, the over 9,000 predominantly "positive" "reviews" of Coffee Parts here on Trustpilot are without a doubt FAKE and BOUGHT. Think about it logically - Coffee Parts has only 3.7K likes (and 4.7K followers) on its Facebook page. Only 3.7K people were interested in clicking 'like' for their business on Facebook, yet over 9K wrote an entire review on a much less well known website (Trustpilot)? That's not how business numbers work. To make this clear: Coffee Parts' Australian competitor, Alternative Brewing, has 83K likes (and 109K followers) on Facebook, yet only 244 reviews here on Trustpilot (check it out right now). So if you think Coffee Parts has over 9K genuine reviews here on Trustpilot, when they have around 4% of the Facebook likes that Alternative Brewing has, then you are dreaming. In fact, based on a similar ratio of Facebook likes to Trustpilot reviews, Coffee Parts should have around 10-11 reviews here. 10-11. Not OVER 9 THOUSAND!!! On the basis of logical mathematical probability, Coffee Parts would actually need to have over 3.2 MILLION FB likes for their Truspilot numbers to add up and be remotely plausible. Yet they have 3.7 THOUSAND only. In other words, Coffee Parts are full of it on all levels, and have no hesitation scamming customers. Avoid at all costs! EDIT AFTER THE B.S. REPONSE BELOW: Wow! More LIES! You guys are next level. You assert you asked me to try a different pod. No you didn't. That's a straight up lie. But even if you had (which you didn't), that wouldn't address the issue. The issue was NOT the coffee. It was the faulty unit. I explained this to you ad nauseam, after you told me you would "test" the faulty machine with your own Allpress coffee pods, which made zero sense in light of what I had already shared with you about my issue. That is, the fact that I had used the same type and brand of coffee pod (Starbucks Italian roast) for the entirety of my experience with the Outin Nano. The fact that it worked perfectly for a couple of weeks, and then, a sudden and dramatic, instant shift occurred in the taste of the coffee, which was obviously due to a machine malfunction. I had tried purchasing different packs of the same Starbucks Italian roast pods, so it was certain that this was not some random "bad batch" of coffee. I told you all this, and you stonewalled, responded with nonsense, then delayed for months. Now you lie on a public forum. Unbelievable. And how dare you claim that I "held onto the unit for some time". LIES! I did no such thing. You are the one who refused to respond properly for months. I, on the other hand returned the item within the exact week you FINALLY sent the return label, after months of you stonewalling before providing it, and repeatedly ignoring my emails. After you received it back, which I have proof from Australia Post to attest to, you refused to respond to my multiple emails for weeks, leading me to conclude you were satisfied to steal my money. Only after I finally started to post about my experience with you online, you finally (yesterday!) sent a refund. With no apology or explanation. Absolutely audacious that you are attempting to palm off your failures onto me. Truly, an absolute disgrace. You state you tried the machine and it's fine. After all your shenanigans, there is zero reason to believe this whatsoever. And it most certainly was not fine when I sent it back to you. Otherwise, I wouldn't have bothered, as I was perfectly happy with the machine when it was working for the first week or so, before it malfunctioned. And your assertion that you do everything you can to resolve things "amicably and timely". Wow. More LIES. You did literally the opposite of this at every single opportunity. You should be utterly ashamed of yourself. And you have yet to explain how your Trustpilot review to FB review ratio adds up. Because you can't, without admitting you have bought those fake positive reviews.
