GBGBPurchased a Sage machine from this company. Delivery took ages, far longer than stated on the website. Then when it did arrive, it had an EU plug. They offered to send a plug adapter and receive a 10% Discount. Or replace the unit. I opted for the first option. I received the plug, never any corropsondence about the discount. When I remembered to chase some weeks later, then then retracted that offer and instead offered a £50 gift voucher with them. Whilst I am actually in the market for another machine, I rejected the voucher and will purchase elsewhere.
