FRFRmachine broke twice, repair by migros took way too long and way too expensive, so they advised me to just buy a new one. i also bought hazelnut coffeeB balls - online the ingredient list does not declare aromas, but on the physical pack there are aromas declared. i told the customer care and they pretend like there is no problem and do not add aromas to the online declaration.
CHCHThe machine is not working from the first time that we tried to use it. Luckily it was gifted to us and we didn't pay for it. After a few attempts to use it, I put it back to the box and now I'm about to bring it to recycling.
DEDEOne of the worst pieces of technology I've ever seen. The machine constantly fails to do his jobs. 4 out of 5 times all the water goes through it into the basket, no coffee is brewed. I made an account on here just to warn people of this product.
DEDEI’ve had the machine for about 4 months. I don’t understand the reviews as it makes a great home brew espresso. It might be user error as it did take a quick you tube video to get the hang of the machine. I love using the used coffee grinds in my plants !! Took away one star as the coffee balls can be harder to find (Netto always have ) and not quite cost effective with high traffic coffee drinkers. But it’s perfect for me!!
