SwedenAfter moving out of a property managed by Cobblestone, I received charges that I believe are unjustified. I’ve disputed these and engaged a lawyer; the case is ongoing. Communication so far has been slow and unhelpful. I’m sharing this to help others consider checking documentation carefully before signing and when moving out. I’m aware of other disputes reported online and understand some have gone to the Danish rent tribunal (Huslejenævnet), but I can only speak to my case
DenmarkNot recommended. Dirty when moved in and with damages. Some repaired during my stay, some they claim as done by me (even though reported at the move in). Unfair treatment of a tenant.
DenmarkRenting in Kaktus Tower – unfortunately not recommended. The indoor climate is very poor – bad ventilation and uncomfortable heat/odors. Cobblestone keeps passing the responsibility around and doesn’t take tenant issues seriously. Beautiful building from the outside, but don’t rent here – the living experience is really disappointing.
