CACAI bought a reusable shoulder heat pad from a trade show. Its been working great for about 1 year of usage and then is started to leak. I filed a warranty claim through their website and the company sent me a replacement promptly. It was a good experience.

BEBEI’m deeply disappointed by my purchase today at Jumping Mechelen (Belgium). Bought at a so called ‘50% reduction’ a back pad with cover and 4 boxes of hand warmers for the price of 120€. The salesman was very nice and promised it works for 1.5-2 hours. We tried all of the boxes. They only stay warm for about 10-15 minutes !!! Looked prices up on amazone etc after this disappointing result to find out similar articles can be bought online for a much cheaper price without ‘discount’! Feels like a total rip off!!! We have been shamelessly lied to!
