Same story as reported by many other customers. Ordered a watch and paid it in full. Watch was not delivered within promised timeframe and a second timeframe I got from the service representative after the initial one passed. After asking customer service when the second timeframe had passed, they could not even state a delivery date - „we are checking with our partners“. I cancelled the order and I am now waiting for the refund, that I have not yet received after several reminders. I will escalate this matter to the American authorities (FTC) and hand it over as well to a German lawyer. This business operates highly questionable.
After 3 Months and multiple promises I did not get the watch I ordered and paid for. Communication was very poor and not proactive. After canceling the order I am now waiting for my refund. Again communication is poor. This is the second time I deal with Chronext, but the first time that I experience such a bad customer service. I have to wonder if they are having financial problems again, what other reasons for dealing with customers who pays over 10k for a watch like this, could there be???????
This company has proven to be highly unprofessional and potentially dishonest. They sold my Gerald Genta watch in October 2024, assuring me that payment would be made after the14 day withdraval period. Despite numerous written requests and follow-ups, as of April 2025, no payment has been received. I strongly caution others against doing business with them, as their conduct raises serious concerns regarding reliability and transparency
There was a very friendly welcome from the man who helped us that day. He really took his time. Furthermore he explained everything clear about the watch as well. Overall very good experience.
