I am a Dane who lives in Bulgaria so call to Chili Security in Denmark is not cheap, that is why i requested a phone call from Chili because they can reduce the call in tax, and i know it is possible because it has been done before, but today Casper K at Chili refused my request even though my phone number is Bulgarian on my customer profile. This does not look like a professional company to me with high level of service, specially when you don't live in Denmark and request help from Chili Security
