In the fall of 2025 I randomly chose Raj at Chatter Salon Ajax to take me from shoulder length hair to a pixie cut. She did a great job and I have continued with Raj for 4 followup hair trims. Raj listens to her clients, is very skilled and friendly. She is now my go to hairdresser.

I had visited Chatters in Mount Pearl and had my hair foiled and extensions. After having to go back because of we'll say " Not good" experience , I was met with nothing but understanding, support and exceptional customer service from the first staff member at the front counter I encountered when I went back, to the manager Stephanie , assistant manager Shawna as well as one of their top employees Tracey. As soon as they saw my hair and got the particulars they immediately did everything they possibly could to rectify the situation. I have to say it truly felt like the old days of customer service where the customer truly mattered. I am beyond thrilled to write this as I believe people take time to write negative reviews and not enough positive when warranted. As a customer leaving feeling like these women wanted to make sure I felt like a queen was absolutely priceless to me and will never be forgotten. I would also like to shout out the owners of Chatters as well for a fantastic "end result" experience and have certainly gained a customer for life.
