Scam! Do not use. Saved my payments details and ended up paying 22 more than ever agreed even though not using the site. Worried now that they have my details and might cancel my card!When emailing the support email (chatbotapp.ai) the sender rejected my responseAlso it renewed today and their own terms and conditions state "As a baseline rule, refunds are available only if you have sent less than 20 messages AND your request is made within 3 days from the date of first purchase". It renewed on 29/3/26 and when I contacted them on this day they declined my refund!

i wrote to them asking to cancel within a month and under 10 requests as they state is ok for a refund. no responce no refund.
