I had a defective Samsung monitor, that I put up for warranty repair on Samsung's website, which got outsourced to CE. From sending the information (photo's, description, receipt, etc.) to CE to getting the shipping label took maybe 2 hours, tops, and would've probably been faster if I'd already had that information ready. I left the package at a post office on Friday afternoon, and I got the fixed monitor (they had to order a replacement panel) back 8 days later, on Saturday afternoon, in adequate packaging. As far as I can tell, it's in perfect condition. They even left the peel on the screen for me to take off (presumably to show it really does have a new panel).
