They take your money then send a damaged package that the delivery service won't deliver. Then when you come back to Amazon for a refund, the option is not there. I had to dispute this with my bank to get my money back. That also means the seller gets to keep the money they steal. DONT SHOP HERE!!
Very rude customer service, then numerous emails ignored from Alaidria customer service. Seeking legal advice, all emails have been recorded as item not fit for purpose and faulty. Century not fulfilling 1 year warranty. We run a large martial arts club in UK and will be contacting British Martial Arts & Boxing Association to advise them of Century customer service and warranty.
