I first had contact with Castle Water in March 2025. They had wrongly addressed a bill to my address with the wrong name. I am not a customer of Castle Water. It was finally sorted out, with many emails and phone calls. I had to send proof that I was a customer of another water company. Today 3 January 2026. I received another bill for a different company name at my address. A simple Google search solved the mistake. I'm not sure why a blind man living in a bungalow is getting water bills for a commercial business?
