My rating is based on the dreadful billing system used by Castle Water. A recent payment was not credited against our church account and a late payment charge also then added. The individual I eventually spoke to (Alfred), was very helpful, however, and resolved the problem. So my score would have been 1 star for the company but 5 star for Alfred.

Ewan was very helpful in trying to resolve my issues with Castle Water it’s just a shame he works for a company with such terrible reviews but it’s not his or his colleagues fault . A fish rots from the head down !
