I went to Castle Dental Pearland the receptionist were as cold as the office. Was there for 3 hours and they did nothing but X-ray and evaluations. First the receptionist showed me a paper with 0 balance for my needed procedures mind you my insurance covers 3,000 in dental work. She left and came back with another paper telling me I needed watched to pay almost 600 for the work. This place is a money grab. I will never go back.

Went to castle dental in Webster Texas, since my insurance was not active, I paid with my debit card $59 promotional fee for exam and xrays. I activated my dental insurance and castle dental billed the insurance again for exam and xrays, and the insurance paid again. I requested my $59. refund. and is been 5 months and still have not receive my $59 dollars refund. #2 Castle Dental Manager in Webster TX, overcharged me almost $1000 for my treatment, after leaving messages for a month, called other Castle Dental offices explaining the overcharges. They corrected some of the fees. Which I still think they were maliciously altered. Now they are Harassing me for a portion of the treatment my insurance refused to pay since my insurance considered that four quadrants of deep cleaning can't be performed in one session. What my insurance doesn't know is that it took the hygienist less than an hour to performed the deep cleaning procedure and they wanted me to come back for a follow up to put something in my gums, but they said I had to pay for it. After realizing what they have there is a total business, I canceled all my future appointments. If someone knows of a open law suit against Castle Dental in Webster Texas, on Bay Area Blvd. please let me know so I can join them.

A dentist at who treated my daughter at Round Rock and later Pflugerville provided terrible service. In the initial visit, the dentist examined my daughter and told us her teeth were fine. We were not given a referral to a pediatric dentist nor was it suggested or discussed. Two months later, we had to return because my daughter had an abscess. The dentist then recommended she see a pediatric dentist and provided the referral paperwork. The pediatric dentist we saw confirmed my daughter had several cavities, other dental issues, which they believe should have been ruled out on the first visit with a proper examination and X-rays (x-rays not performed or suggested) as there were no X-rays available to compare from the visit 2 months prior. After my daughter's Pediatric Dental appointment, I questioned Castle Dental about her examination 2 months prior and why no x-rays were performed. They sent me my daughter's patient (not right away!) notes. I noticed the notes from the prior visit were not uniform and potentially altered. The dentist's signature was followed by three additional lines that looks like they were added after the fact. Every prior note by staff, dentist, hygienist, exhibited initials or signature on the last line for each visit. The 3 additional lines stated that a pediatric dentist referral was recommended, but no such referral was given to us at the time of that visit. The notes written before the additional 3 lines stated no X-rays were taken and no abnormalities were found. I believe Castle Dental edited the notes to cover up their mistake and did not properly perform the standard of care for my daughter. If those additional 3 lines of notes were authentic then why did, they not give us the paperwork to see a pediatric dentist until after discovering the abscess??? I called Castle Dental several times and asked for the office manager or owner to call me. I was never contacted back. I wanted to avoid writing this review and have them step-up and do the right thing. I have more documentation of what happened but want to see how Castle reacts first. I have finally had enough of them ignoring me!

Service was similar to other providers. One issue is last minute appointment cancellation. On one occasion the office manager claims I was left a message. Yes, but called to verify the garbled message and was assured the appointment was still scheduled and to come early given a penalty for delays. Second issue is that they lost my complete dental records which caused insurance to deny the claim given missing perio charting and scale plaining. Claim their electronic system was in transition. They still wanted a payment even with the documentation issue.
