You can see on Google Maps that they are permanently closed in Florida. To avoid like the plague...

Like all company's of this ilk they give a low price for the first year and then bring it up to the very reasonable price of circa $200 p.a. from thence on. I have gained invaluable advice from their researchers and greatly enjoyed the lessons in history they've provided in order to put current world events into perspective.
