NLNLI ordered a hairstyler 11 days ago and have received zero communication about my order — no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, nothing. I’ve sent two emails to customer service and haven’t received a single reply.As a customer, I expect at least basic communication about when my order will be delivered. Paying for a product and then hearing nothing for nearly two weeks is simply not acceptable.I’m hoping this review will finally prompt a response, because apparently two emails weren’t enough. Care Copenhagen — please reach out and resolve this. I’ll happily update my review once this is sorted.Update: Care Copenhagen reached out after I posted this review and handled the situation well. They apologized for the lack of communication, processed a 10% refund, and took my feedback on board. I appreciate that they made the effort to make things right. I would have preferred not to need a public review to get a response, but I’m glad it was resolved in the end. Happy to update my rating accordingly.
