She gave us useful advice, demonstrated the relevant rollators that we were interested in purchasing and it was done in a friendly, relaxed and professional manner. We are happy that the rollator we ordered meets our needs based on the advice from Alicia. The premises were also impressively stocked with all manner of care equipment.
